DIY Natural Mosquito and Flea Spray

I just made some, based on suggestions from a holistic vet online. I combined witch hazel, citronella essential oil, lemongrass essential oil, and lavender essential oil in a spray bottle. 

Please take care not to spray the eyes, mouth, or nose with it. I am planning to spray it on a cotton bandana and tie it around my girl Ellie's sweet neck. Also am planning to tie one on my wrist, or perhaps an ankle, as it works great for humans too!
