Ellie and Camille's Gotcha Day 2025

 

My girl Ellie and I spent the whole day side by side. May 29 was our Gotcha Day. She picked me out on May 29, 2014 at the Davidson County Animal Shelter......and the rest is history! 

The shelter had named her Pickles, but told me it would be ease to rename her, as she didn't respond to that name. I still have the small pink collar that she had on when she rescued me that day. Best day ever!  

This year, I bought her a new turquoise collar, and I bought a hot pink wading pool at Dollar General for us to beat the heat with this summer.
